Delta Coat Industries LLC specializes in the galvanizing and coating of steel and aluminum. The management believes in providing value for money, both for customers and its suppliers. - Enhancing housekeeping practices and implementing the principles of 5S (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain).
- Improving machine maintenance practices and minimizing machine idle time.
Delta Coat’s quality policy is communicated and understood through awareness sessions and frequent meetings. The quality policy shall be reviewed in the Management Review meeting to ensure its suitability with the current business environment.
